She is particularly skilled in facilitating voluntary belief and behaviour change. To foster harmonious relations, she sows the seeds of transformation by guiding leaders and teams to realign with their values and reclaim their authentic power.
For over 25 years, Elizabeth has supported businesses, governments, and social profit organizations to strengthen their processes of learning, change and effectiveness. Many of her clients in the past 18 years have been United Nations agencies, enabling teams to unpack issues and make inclusive decisions. Self-described as a global citizen, Elizabeth has had the privilege of working in, volunteering in or traveling to over 80 countries.
As a dynamic, compassionate space-holder, Elizabeth asks compelling questions and listens deeply. She's invites people to bring the more of who they are to the table. Being a systems-thinker, she uses a myriad of facilitation tools to deepen trust, expand perspective, dissolve blocks and encourage open communication.
